Our Story

We are three friends whose lives have been transformed by simple, lighthearted teachings, practices and perspectives. We now feel called to share them with everyone. This has been a journey of moving from doing to being, reaction to response, judgment to acceptance and blaming to taking full responsibility. We would love to bring forth the energy and essence of these teachings which lightens and brightens our path everyday!

These teachings and practices span across different traditions, religions and include ancient as well as contemporary wisdom. They are essentially about returning us to our true nature which is love, peace and joy.

We offer mindfulness meditations, somatic healing practices, authentic relating, therapeutic art, chanting, energy healing techniques like tapping, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Bach flower remedies and more.

Even on the busiest of days, a micro-moment of mindfulness can be transformative. And so, people from all walks and stages of life can benefit from these offerings irrespective of whether they identify themselves as a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.

We believe that there are no coincidences and if you’re here, it is for a reason and that there is something here for you. These teachings are like seeds that are sown in our consciousness which have a way of blossoming at their own time in their own way.

Lots of Love,

Shubhra, Smitha & Puneet

Our Team

I grew up in Kolkata, known as the cultural capital of India. Heavily influenced by local art, I took drawing and painting lessons in childhood and tried my hand at pottery and fabric painting. When I pursued a career in finance and became a Chartered Accountant by profession, art took a back seat. Later I moved to US and took a break to raise my kids. Here I had the privilege to learn from artists I admire in and around Princeton and Grounds for Sculpture. I explored various mediums like oil, water colors, ceramics, pastels, charcoal, acrylics etc. and fell in love with art all over again.

Whenever life was hard, art came to my rescue. Art enabled me to notice the beauty all around me. It became uplifting in challenging times and joyful in others.  I believe Art heals and nurtures the soul and makes the heart happy. I continue to learn and also teach art as a way to express and process emotions and bring colour and joy to life.

In today’s digital world, creating art using actual paints, crayons and pencils is a welcome break from screens. It releases stress, stimulates the brain and fires up our creativity in unique ways. In my workshops, without any prior art knowledge, adults and kids equally enjoy being in the “Flow state” and creating without judgment and limitations. I hope to share with you the joy art brings to me.

Music, conversations and connection feed my soul. Truth, love, beauty, wisdom and wonder are behind everything I do and care about. I love authentic conversations with friends and that cozy feeling you get when you can drop all pretensions and be yourself. I love creating beautiful spaces that allow this to happen. I love music and chanting and how easily these can shift your energy. I love the power of words and how they can be used to de-hypnotize you. I love exploring all things occult and metaphysical which evoke wonder and make you question what everyone holds as real.

I am a mom to a child with special needs and special gifts who has been a key catalyst in accelerating my spiritual journey. Learning about suffering and its root cause and following the rabbit of a question “Who am I?” like Alice has led me to the wonderland of presence. And it gives me great joy to learn, practice and share teachings and practices which help me return to presence. Meditation, authentic relating (AR), chanting being some of them. Energy healing techniques like Bach Flower remedies, Jin Shin Jyutsu and Tapping have opened my mind about how healing and transformation can be approached from a completely different dimension. I hope to play the role of a facilitator, a healer and a friend and share the magic with you.

I currently live in New Jersey with my family but I grew up in Bangalore, at a time before it became the Silicon Valley of India and the big bustling city it is today. I’ve also been playing  various roles in the corporate world for 15 years at the intersection of technology and marketing.

Puneet Sinha

I grew up in a small town located in the beautiful Himalayan mountains in India, with pristine beauty and silence around me. I have lived in Belgium and Singapore before moving to the US and worked in various HR consulting roles.

My interest in spirituality, conscious living and self healing grew since 2010 when I experienced a personal loss. I have been practicing meditation for many years  now and it has helped me tremendously in bringing about shifts in my perspectives. It has helped me in seeing through my patterns and limiting beliefs.

I would love to help you develop and grow your practice with mindfulness, body scans, embodied practices, concentration, inquiry, open awareness, and meditations. These enable us to stay present, be in awareness, listen to and be guided by our deep inner knowing and live a more wholesome and joyful life.
